Its just a simple patch that eliminates a half open connection  limit restriction for windows xp and vista.micro**ft put a limit on xp and vista since sp2,as a security precaution to stop some 

worms.not really necessary now that we have better anti-virus and firewalls.this should speed up you internet connection while using torrent clients.
Instruction are in the folder for xp,vista is basicly automated.also remember 
to unplug  ur connection while applying the patch and a reboot is needed.
